Digital photography means learning how to use lots of new software <sigh>. There's software for downloading and image processing, but not much from Casio. Enthusiastic users are writing some stuff. Steve's Digicams has a Digital Camera software download page.

- Image Processing software
-
- IrfanView the best, and it's free. Can open the Casio TIFFs, lots of RAW format files, show Exif tags and do a lossless rotate of JPEGS so that Exif tags are not lost, as well as command line processing. What's not to like?
- AVIedit shareware for editing those AVI's

- Image Viewing
-
- PICVideo codec so AVI's can be played
by Windows Media player. Free but requires registration to get rid of on-screen text.
- DiCaInfo from Eckhard Henkel allows
you to view the Exif tag of unedited JPEGs from the camera.
- PIE - Picture Information Extractor from
Picmeta can extract Exif tags to a text file so that it is not lost after editing. Commercial.
- Digital Camera Extended File
Information Viewer What it says plus free. Don't know much about this.
- FotoIt creates an HTML-page for a directory (sample) that works like a photoalbum in Internet
Explorer version 4.0 or newer, free of charge.
- Activeshare from Adobe.
